After a significant personal face plant in the valley of rejection, I found myself struggling with deep and painful feelings of inadequacy and shame. These nasty feelings had me questioning my worth and usefulness to God, and I spent countless hours scouring the Bible looking for comfort and promises to soothe my heart and calm my mind. Over many months, and through many tears, God moved me from believing I was Rejectable to knowing that I Belong.

And through this very field research I developed a desire to connect with women who are also facing difficult valleys.

As a writer, speaker, and therapist, it is my deepest desire to travel with women through their most difficult times, offering some much needed hope that things will actually be better than ok. We just need to remember Whose we are and stay focused on Him.

A safe place to be celebrated, heard and understood.
