Some of My Favourite Counselling Strategies
Welcome!
In this video, I share some practical therapeutic strategies that can help you navigate challenges and find greater peace.
However, it’s important to remember that these strategies are not a replacement for the transformative power of Jesus and the healing found in His Word.
We want to address core issues, not just symptoms. And Jesus is the very best Healer and Counsellor you’ll ever meet.
While practical tools are incredibly valuable, our ultimate healing and identity come from our relationship with Him.
In addition to these strategies, I’ve pulled together a list of the beautiful and transformative labels that God gives us, reminding us of our true identity in Christ.
He loves you. And I think you’re great!
